Scalping Reversal Strategy -
This indicator is built on pure Price Action and Liquidity concepts. Its primary goal is to identify "Traps" and "Stop Loss Hunting" events in the market. The script spots specific levels where retail traders are often lured into false breakouts (Fakeouts) just before the market reverses.
Key Features:
Liquidity Trap Detection: Automatically detects when the market pierces through a Support or Resistance zone but fails to sustain the move.
30% Reversal Logic: To ensure signal strength, the indicator only triggers when the reversal candle closes at least 30% back into the previous candle's body, signaling a strong rejection.
Optimized for Scalping: Specifically designed for fast-paced environments with clear "BUY" and "SELL" visual labels.
How to Trade (Rules):
Timeframe: Recommended for the 15-minute or 5-minute charts for the best accuracy.
Buy Setup (Bullish Reversal):
The market reaches a previous Low or a known Support level.
A Red candle pushes lower, showing apparent selling pressure.
The following Green candle quickly reverses and closes at least 30% inside the Red candle's range.
Action: Enter on the "BUY / TRAP" signal.
Sell Setup (Bearish Reversal):
The market reaches a previous High or a known Resistance zone.
A Green candle pushes higher, showing apparent buying pressure.
The following Red candle reverses sharply and closes at least 30% inside the Green candle's range.
Action: Enter on the "SELL / TRAP" signal.
Risk Management:
Stop Loss (SL): Place your SL at the High (for Sell) or Low (for Buy) of the signal candle.
Take Profit (TP): For effective scalping, aim for a 1:1.5 or 1:2 Risk-to-Reward ratio.
Exit Strategy: Since this is a scalping strategy, secure your profits once the target is hit. Avoid over-holding positions in volatile markets.
