Bitcoin Below Resistance… Sellers Are Fading

1 593
At first glance, Bitcoin’s recent move looks like a strong recovery from the lows. However, beneath the surface, the market remains in a delicate balance.

For most of the recent price action, BTCUSD has been trading around an important demand zone. Buyers have consistently stepped in on dips, while sellers continue to defend the descending trendline above.

The latest recovery is a clear example of this battle.

Bitcoin found support, bounced quickly, and is now moving back toward the trendline that has guided the short-term decline. This tells us one important thing:

Buyers are still willing to absorb selling pressure.

However, every attempt to move higher has met resistance at the descending trendline, keeping Bitcoin caught between early buyers and trend-following sellers.

Technically, BTCUSD is still trading below the descending trendline, which means the bearish structure has not been broken yet.

But there is one important detail to watch.

A trendline often loses influence when price tests it repeatedly. Bitcoin has returned to this resistance after a positive reaction from demand, while sellers have still failed to create a clear new downside move from the recent lows.

That does not guarantee a breakout.

But it does suggest that sellers may gradually be losing control.

My View:

For now, I remain slightly bullish.

Not because Bitcoin has fully reversed, but because pushing price lower is becoming more difficult while buyers continue to defend the current structure.

The plan remains simple: a decisive breakout and sustained move above the descending trendline would strengthen the bullish case and open the way toward 81,455.
