CRCL: watching for final leg down

Another leg down into the ideal macro support zone at 91–85/75 would be ideal to complete the corrective structure from the June highs.

A confident move above 120 would shift the odds toward the correction being complete, opening the door for at least a larger-degree bounce — or potentially the beginning of a new uptrend.

Good follow-through into the support zone. Now the key is to see whether price can stabilize here and begin forming a constructive higher-low sequence

continues to break below the bottom support zone highlighted in the original idea. As long as price remains under 85, the odds favor further downside into 61–56 and potentially 51–45 in the coming weeks.

Any bounce into the declining moving averages — especially if it forms a wedge — could offer a fresh shorting opportunity.

Given the nature and length of the current recovery, the odds are shifting away from the deeper-downside scenario and toward the bottom being potentially in (even though further weakness cannot be fully ruled out). That said, I would still prefer to see a higher-low formation in the coming weeks before expecting a more sustainable breakout.
