After a strong impulsive sell-off, EURUSD is currently making a corrective pullback into a key supply zone around 1.1485 – 1.1500. This region previously acted as a distribution area and aligns with the current lower high formation within the bearish structure.
Price has now tapped into the refinement zone inside the supply, where sellers may begin to step in. If this area holds, the market could initiate the next bearish expansion leg.
Trade idea
• Entry: Around 1.1485 – 1.1490 supply region
• Stop Loss: Above the recent swing high / supply zone
• Target: 1.1430 liquidity area
The setup offers a clean risk-to-reward structure, targeting the previous downside liquidity.
Bias
As long as price remains below the supply zone, the short-side narrative remains valid. A sustained break above the zone would invalidate the setup.
