SMH could be a big beneficiary "if" interest rates level out or even start dropping. This Cup w/ Handle formation is also about a 2 year base suggesting that if / when it breaks out, it could have a big run. All TBD.See Notes on chart for more of my thoughts. SMH holding strong here as a lot of stocks and indices consolidate. Looks like it's about to break above the flagging channel. This is high on my list as I missed my last alert. It would be good for it to consolidate a bit here IMO.
