This setup is based on a clear shift in market structure following a strong bullish expansion and subsequent distribution phase. Price formed a local high and showed signs of exhaustion, leading to a break of structure (BOS) to the downside, confirming bearish intent.
After the impulsive move down, price is now retracing into a defined supply zone aligned with the previous structure break. This area also overlaps with a prior imbalance, making it a high-interest region for potential continuation.
The sell limit is positioned within this supply zone, anticipating that price will revisit the area before continuing lower. The stop is placed above the zone to account for potential liquidity sweeps, while the target is set toward the lower demand area, which previously acted as support.
