XAUUSD has completed the Rounding Bottom and is continuously forming bullish BOS signals. After taking profit around 4,160 USD, the price is correcting towards the bottom of the rising wedge pattern.
Fundamentally, instability in the Middle East still maintains some of the haven demand for gold.
A successful retest, after which the price regains $4,140, could pave the way for gold to test the upper boundary around $4,180 and move towards the main target of $4,190–4,191.
Bias: Bullish
The bullish scenario is invalidated if XAUUSD closes H1 below 4,070 USD, confirming that the rising support line is broken and the gradually higher bottom structure is no longer maintained.
