GOLD has been in a downtrend for a long time. Earlier, the price made a false break of the support 1690, after which a change of the local trend to the uptrend is formed.
On the chart, we can see that the price is trading in a wide range between 1750 and 1690. At the moment a struggle of the participants for the level of 1724.07 is forming and I am waiting for the price to consolidate above the level, for the subsequent growth.
I assume that the price will be able to consolidate in the long zone relative to the level of 1724 and continue to grow. The short-term target is resistance 1750, the medium-term target is resistance 1780.5
