Varun Beverages Announces Joint Venture for Refrigeration

Varun Beverages Limited has announced the incorporation of a joint venture company, White Peak Refrigeration Private Limited, focused on manufacturing visi-coolers and other refrigeration equipment.

The detailed disclosure, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has already been submitted in an earlier intimation dated July 29, 2025. This announcement was made in compliance with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024.

The company has confirmed the incorporation of this joint venture, which will engage in the business of manufacturing visi-coolers and other refrigeration equipment.

The announcement was made to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited on September 4, 2025.
