iFCPO MPOB Cycle Clock

233
MPOB Cycle Clock — countdown to next Malaysian Palm Oil Board stockpiles release with post-release ATR multiplier context.

iFCPO Free-Tier CONTEXT layer. Use as size/SL adjustment cue, not as entry trigger.

MPOB releases monthly stockpiles ~10th of each month. Post-release window (10th-12th) historically shows 1.4-1.8x the 20-day baseline ATR. The status table shows: days to next release, current phase (NOW / close / soon / far), live ATR vs 40-bar baseline, and a trade-adjustment cue (Widen SL 15->25 inside MPOB window).

Pair with: iFCPO MPOB Spike (event flag), iFCPO Wick Hunter (entry trigger), iFCPO Session Law (PM window).

iFCPO Free Hero Stack designed for Bursa Malaysia FCPO traders.
Nota Keluaran
v2.0 Polish — Three improvements:

1. Calendar fix: Replaced `days_in_month = 30` hardcode with proper days-in-current-month math (handles 28/29/30/31 day months + leap years). Plus weekend shift logic — if MPOB's calendar 10th lands Sat/Sun, effective release shifts to next Monday.

2. Replaced decorative ATR claim with measured rolling average: previous "Post-MPOB stat: 1.4-1.8× normal ATR" was hardcoded text not measured from data. Now the table shows a real `Post-MPOB ATR avg` row that accumulates the live ATR multiplier across the LAST 60 confirmed post-MPOB bars (rolling) and reports the actual average. Honest, measured, updates over time.

3. Repositioned to differentiate from mpob-volume-spike: Cycle Clock = PLANNING/seasonality view (countdown, what to expect, ATR drift). Spike = LIVE event detector (3× volume firing on the day). Header + Pair-with row updated to make the split clear.

Part of the v3.0 free-tier polish wave.
