XRS Volume Candles + Engulfing Candle Marker
XRS Volume Candles is a lightweight volume visualization indicator that displays each candle's volume directly on the chart while automatically highlighting unusually high-volume candles. Instead of constantly referencing the volume pane, traders can instantly see where meaningful participation occurred without taking their eyes off price.
Features
Volume Labels
Displays the volume for each candle directly on the chart.
Adjustable label position.
Adjustable font size and colors.
Choose how many historical bars to display.
High Volume Detection
Automatically compares each candle's volume to the average volume over a user-defined lookback period.
Adjustable percentage threshold (for example, highlight candles with 50% more volume than average).
Option to exclude the current candle from the average for more accurate comparisons.
Bullish and bearish high-volume candles are highlighted using different colors.
Optional directional background coloring.
Option to display only high-volume candles.
Engulfing Candle Detection
Detect bullish and bearish engulfing candles.
Supports both Body Engulfing and Full Candle Engulfing detection.
Optional requirement that the previous candle be the opposite color.
Adjustable marker size and colors.
Built-in alert conditions for bullish and bearish engulfing patterns.
