Let’s take a look at Bitcoin, the market is currently dealing with an important resistance level.
⏳ 4-Hour Timeframe
Yesterday, Bitcoin reached its resistance zone and even broke above it once, but after hitting the top of the channel, it got rejected and that breakout turned into a fake move.
🧮 Right now, price has pulled back to the midline of the channel, and it has reacted well to this level so far.
⚡️ If price manages to hold above the channel midline, the bullish move can continue, and with a breakout of the resistance zone, we can look for a long position.
✔️ However, since the previous breakout was fake, if price breaks below the channel midline, bearish momentum could enter the market. In that case, with a channel breakdown and the trigger at 73,717, we can look for a short position.
