Hello everyone, here is my breakdown of the current BTCUSDT setup.
Market Analysis
BTC previously moved inside a downward channel, where sellers controlled the structure. Later, price broke above the channel, signaling a shift to bullish momentum and forming an ascending channel with higher highs and higher lows. The market also reclaimed the 70,500 support zone after a fake breakdown, confirming strong buyer activity.
Currently, BTC continues trading above this support and is approaching the 73,100 resistance zone, where price previously faced rejection.
My Scenario & Strategy
As long as BTC holds above 70,500, the bullish structure remains valid. A continuation from this level could push price toward the 73,100 resistance, which is the main upside target.
However, if price breaks below the 70,500 support zone, the bullish scenario would weaken and the market could enter a deeper corrective phase.
