The Green Candle, is more dangerous than the red one

The Green Candle That Could Make You Lose Everything
The moment you feel afraid of missing the move, the market may already be waiting for you.

Short-Term BTC Analysis
Bitcoin is approaching a very important resistance level, but the broader bearish move may still be far from over. I am currently looking at a potential downside of at least 13%, with a possible target around $56,000.
At the same time, Bitcoin appears to be forming a new parallel channel, while the market continues to move within a long-term range. The key question now is whether this resistance will trigger another rejection and push price lower, or whether Bitcoin can finally break above it and change the current structure.

Most traders are afraid of red candles. But sometimes, the most dangerous moment is when everything looks green. Is this really the start of a new uptrend, or is the market simply attracting late buyers? When a big green candle appears, many traders feel they have to enter immediately before they miss the move. This is where FOMO begins. Instead of analyzing the market, traders start chasing the price. But one green candle alone is never a reason to buy. The real question is simple: are buyers still strong, or are late buyers just entering at the worst possible time?

To study this on TradingView, start by comparing the price move with Volume. If the price rises strongly but the volume does not support the move, the rally may not be as strong as it looks. Then check RSI together with the market structure. Do not simply sell just because RSI is above 70. Mark the important resistance levels and see where the green candle is moving. If the price breaks a key level, do not rush into the trade immediately. Watch the Retest. If the price quickly falls back below the breakout level, it could be a Fake Breakout or a Liquidity Grab.

Before entering any trade, always know your Risk to Reward and the exact level where your idea is no longer valid. Even a correct market prediction can turn into a bad trade without proper risk management. Sometimes, after a strong green candle, the best decision is simply to wait for a better setup. In crypto, a green candle can mean the beginning of a trend, strong momentum, or the final stage of FOMO. Use Volume, RSI, market structure, and key levels together. Sometimes, the best trade is the one you do not take because the risk is simply not worth the reward.
