for the purpose of disciplinary proceeding under this part there shall be established a disciplinary board

the disciplinary board shall have the same powers as these exercised by but council before the coming force of this part

the disciplinary board shall of the following
(A) The chairman of the disciplinary board appointed by the chief judge after consulunion with the bar council for tern of two year and such person shall he a retired judge of the high court or the Court of appeal or the federal court ,
Provided that the Chief judge ,may after consultation with the bar extend such term of appointment for another two year and may reappoint for another priond not exceeding two year

the president of MALAYSIA bar or any member of the bar council. ashis representative and

fifteen practitioner member of the Malaysia bar or not less than ten years' standing appointed by the chief judge of term of two year after consultation with the bar council
