Polkadot last days and weeks has confirmed strongly exaggerated and protracted bullishness to the upside with high volatile movements, besides that I discovered a meaningful formation Polkadot is forming that will be a worthwhile determining source in the upcoming times, furthermore, it is necessary to not take a potential reversal out of sight as the pair is highly overbought and especially when the formational structures complete, therefore I detected all the important levels and likely destinies.
Structural Developments:
As when looking at my chart now we can watch there how Polkadot is forming this massive major ascending-channel-formation marked in my chart with the black boundaries, within this formation Polkadot has developed a coherent wave-count with the waves A to C almost already fully completed and with the wave D about to form within the next times. The wave D will run directly into this important wave-E-confirmational-bounce-cluster marked in my chart in blue where several supports coming together likely to show up with a bounce to the upside and therefore origin of the wave E that will finalize the whole wave-count and move into the upper levels of extension and resistance where the possible reversal follows.
Upcoming Determinations:
Taking all these factors into consideration now Polkadot is in a situation where it has developed these strong volatilities to the upside nevertheless it is necessary to assess that such movements can also reverse faster than expected especially when Polkadot completes the wave-count and moves into the upper resistance layers this can increase the possibility of bearish pullbacks. When this happens the decisive confirmations will come as shown in my chart with Polkadot either managing to hold the lower-boundary of the channel or moving below it, either way, will show up with increased spread into the confirmed direction and it is of high importance to elevate how Polkadot reacts then.
