Pairs on Watch -
GBPJPY : This pair is positioned very nicely for the shorts, with the main highs already being met and the JP225 due a pullback, we could get involved in some sells here even as part of a short term move for a 3:1. Price may start to stack where it currently is and I can use the lower timeframes to filter for an entry, or we see another drop out and the continuations forming lower down.
EURUSD : Very straight forward with this pair as the DXY is positioned very well for the longs. EURUSD is sat at a value area to the left, so all I am waiting for it price to show its hand, drop out impulsively from this area and we can start to look for stacks in price pre-London for the short. I break down some details around the gap fill on both EU and DXY as a small detail to make sure we are not caught in any traps.
