After reaching the 1.3479 level and failing to sweep the liquidity above the 1.3483 level, GBPUSD started to drop and it dropped all the way to 1.3159 level, just below the November 17th NWOG. But then it bounced back up from there, going as high as 1.3346, but then it dropped yet again to the 1.3177. It went back up again, and is now being traded at 1.3275, just above the March 30th NWOG.
Currently, I expect GBPUSD to touch the March 30th NWOG again and then continue its upwards move. First resistance ahead of it is at 1.3293, if it breaks above it, next up will be the 1.3313 which is the March 23rd NWOG Low.
Targets: 1.3284, 1.3291, 1.3298, 1.3305 and 1.3312.
However, if GBPUSD drops below the March 30th NWOG, it could drop further into the April 7th NDOG and then the 2H IFVG (Inversion Fair Value Gap) at 1.3220, I expect it to stay above the IFVG Consequent Encroachment 1.3210 and then bounce back up to retest the pinpointed targets on the chart.
Targets: 1.3260, 1.3250, 1.3240, 1.3230 and 1.3220.
