We are very oversold, and I understand the underlying reasons.
However, the liquidation of longs has been overdone, and short positions were added as well. This situation cannot last and requires correction.
Strategy is BUY current $ 195-200 and take profit @ 265. I do not see the ened for a top-loss (but one should depending to your personal situation of course). I would add BUY @ 175 below.
