PLTR shares continued their decline, reaching support at $148.51 yesterday. For the turquoise wave 3 to complete, this level needs to be decisively breached. However, there remains a risk that the green five-wave sequence is not yet finished, which could see the price move above the $222.00 resistance level (probability: 25%). Such a move would trigger the stop-out of our short position, which was opened on December 19, 2025, at breakeven—our stop was adjusted when the corresponding Target Zone was deactivated to avoid potential losses. Looking further ahead, even lower price levels are likely: the beige wave II is expected to bottom within the second green Target Zone, between $72.58 and $40.66.
