I have been watching this REIT for some time now. Finally, it breaks down from the support area at 0.56 level. I expect it to revisit 0.475 the next support level in the coming weeks or months.
That will be an attractive price level for me to buy for good dividend income while the safety margin is higher for it to return the capital appreciation in the coming years .

God is great. Sometimes, I forget to get into the trade and the Market may have continue its train ride without me and sometimes, it offers a 2nd chance , like in this case. So, all I need to do is to wait some more as the price level shows weakness and is likely to revisit 0.475 againUwaga
