The US dollar against the Canadian dollar is showing a strong bearish bias. In fact, it looks like it's going to fall quite hard. There's a lot of confluence here: a clear bearish flag formation is present. I'm seeing strong bearish sentiment, especially when I look at the top resistance level—it's very robust. This is visible even on the daily time frame, confirming a potential long-term sell-off. I believe this could be a very clean trade setup. I’m setting my take profit around 1.35549. However, I’m optimistic and hope it pushes even lower than that price.
