XAGUSD – Elliott Wave Update
Until my previous idea, I had been considering a scenario in which the internal structure of wave (4) would unfold as a triangle. However, wave (B) retraced less than 61.8% of triangle wave (A) and failed to reach the channel line. Because of this shallow retracement, the probability of a triangle or a complex correction such as W‑X‑Y‑X‑Z has decreased.
At this stage, it is likely that we are inside sub‑wave B of (B).
From experience, when corrective wave (A) completes quickly, the internal structure of wave (B) tends to become more complex and often takes significantly more time to develop.
Sub‑wave B within wave (B) also has a high probability of becoming complicated, making it difficult to accurately predict the exact chart pattern in advance.
If we recognize these two points:
1.The chart pattern is likely to become more complex.
2.The multiple Degrees of the waves must be correctly classified.
we can progressively narrow down the possible patterns at each Degree as the structure unfolds. Doing so allows us to identify the next actionable point with much greater clarity.

Elliott Wave analysis is built on the premise of a fractal structure.
This fractal structure is classified by Degrees, and these Degrees remain continuous from the start of the instrument’s trading history to the present.
In this sense, a degree can be understood as a layer, and multiple layers exist simultaneously.
The waves belonging to these layers are the ones that form the chart patterns we observe.
