Well hello folks, Amirali here.
As you can see in the 4H chart of XAUUSD, as I had mentioned in the previous analysis on Gold, after it failed to stabilize above the $5005, it experienced a sharp drop from the $5000 psychological support, making it a strong resistance now, and going as low as $4686! Currently it's being traded at $4709.
At this point, $5000 level becomes a very strong rejection zone for gold.
Now, if Gold stays below the $4714 level and stabilizes there, further drop is expected and a liquidity sweep below the $4655 level is what's ahead. After that, if Gold holds itself above the $4635 level and stabilizes there, it can recover a bit to above the $4674 level.
For now, the bearish movement continues.
