Gold (XAU/USD) has rallied strongly after breaking out of its consolidation range and confirming a Change of Character (ChoCH), signaling bullish momentum. Price has now reached a major ascending channel resistance zone around 4,245–4,280, where buyers are showing signs of exhaustion.
A rejection from this resistance increases the probability of a short-term correction before the next directional move. As long as price remains below the resistance trendline, a pullback toward the highlighted support area is favored.
