🔍 Technical Analysis:
Trend: The primary trend on the H1 timeframe is a clear "Downtrend." The price is continuously forming Lower Highs and Lower Lows, suppressed by the descending trendlines (purple and orange lines).
Price Action: Previously, the price was consolidating within a "SIDEWAY H1" zone (blue box). However, it recently broke down through the lower support level, indicating that the bears are still in control.
Setup: The current price action shows a breakdown followed by a "Pullback" (retracement) to test the new resistance (former support) before potentially continuing its downward move, as indicated by the black arrows on the chart.
🎯 Today's Trading Plan:
Our main strategy today is "Sell on Rally," taking advantage of the price bouncing into the resistance zone to position ourselves with the trend.
🔴 Strategy: Sell on Rally (Look for Sell entries when the price pulls back into the resistance/red zone).
