HPE Stocks Gain 4.1% With Mixed-GPU Private AI Expansion

Enterprise-infrastructure supplier Hewlett Packard Enterprise HPE gained 4.07% to $59.00 at 1.30 a.m. ET on October 26 as investors weighed its expanded AI Factory offering with Nvidia. The pitch: give businesses more hardware choices and tighter control over how AI agents access company systems.

HPE said customers can now combine Nvidia H200 and RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs in one Private Cloud AI cluster. Its scheduling tools allocate computing resources by workload priority and quota. Additional developer-access features are scheduled for late 2026, with a self-service developer experience following in 2027. That gives investors a rollout timetable to track alongside customer adoption.

The valuation leaves little room for weak execution: the $59.00 share price stands 105.72% above the $28.68 GF Value estimate. Matching workloads with suitable GPUs could improve customer economics, but the announcement provides no quantified savings. For investors, the next test is whether broader capabilities translate into repeat orders, software and services sales, and stronger margins.
