🔍 OVERVIEW

Trading Room Hunter (TRH v2) is an advanced technical analysis indicator designed to identify potential supply and demand zones, evaluate price displacement, and detect qualifying trading setups.

TRH combines multiple technical concepts into a single chart-overlay system:

🟢 Supply and Demand Zones
⚡ ATR-Based Displacement and Impulse Velocity
📈 Break of Structure (BOS)
🧩 Multi-Timeframe Fair Value Gaps (FVG)
🎯 Entry, Stop-Loss, and Take-Profit Levels
📊 Technical Confluence Scoring (0–100)
🔔 Smart Trading Alerts

The objective is to provide a structured approach to market analysis while keeping charts organized and easy to interpret.

🧠 HOW TRADING ROOM HUNTER WORKS

TRH analyzes price action through six stages.

🔹 1. Swing Detection

The indicator identifies confirmed swing highs and lows using configurable pivot settings.

Each swing requires confirmation from subsequent candles before becoming eligible for analysis.

This prevents the script from treating an unconfirmed pivot as a known historical signal.

🔹 2. Displacement Analysis

After identifying a swing, TRH evaluates the strength of the directional price movement.

Two important measurements are used:

• Movement Power — Price displacement measured in ATR units.

• Impulse Velocity — Displacement strength divided by the number of candles.

These measurements help distinguish rapid directional movements from slower market fluctuations.

🔹 3. Supply and Demand Zone Construction

TRH identifies an opposing candle associated with the confirmed swing and builds a potential supply or demand zone.

Each zone contains two important boundaries:

🟢 Proximal Line — Potential entry boundary.

🔴 Distal Line — Protective boundary used for stop-loss calculations.

Users can configure wick-based or body-based zones and optionally anchor protective boundaries to swing extremes.

🔹 4. Entry Confirmation

When price returns to an eligible zone, the indicator evaluates the selected confirmation method.

Three entry modes are available:

⚡ Touch
Price reaches the proximal boundary.

✅ Close Inside
Price touches the zone and closes on the favorable side of the proximal boundary.

🎯 Rejection
Requires a favorable close, directional candle body, and appropriate candle positioning.

All entry signals are evaluated after the chart candle closes.

🔹 5. Technical Confluence

TRH optionally combines several confirmation factors:

• Break of Structure (BOS)
• Active Fair Value Gap Confluence
• EMA-Based Trend Alignment
• Displacement Strength
• Impulse Velocity

Each relevant filter can be configured as:

Off — Do not apply the filter.

Score — Include the condition in technical scoring.

Required — Require the condition for signal eligibility.

📊 SIGNAL QUALITY SCORE

TRH calculates a technical confluence score between 0 and 100.

A higher score indicates stronger alignment with the indicator's configured technical criteria.

⚠️ Important: This score is not a win rate, statistical probability, or guarantee of trade success.

🔹 6. Risk and Reward Calculation

TRH calculates illustrative trading levels using the selected zone boundaries.

🎯 Entry — Derived from the triggering setup.

🛑 Stop-Loss — Positioned beyond the distal boundary with an optional protective buffer.

💰 Take-Profit — Calculated using the selected risk/reward ratio.

These levels are analytical references and do not represent actual executed orders.

🧩 MULTI-TIMEFRAME FAIR VALUE GAPS

Trading Room Hunter includes a multi-timeframe Fair Value Gap detection engine.

An FVG represents a three-candle price imbalance.

🟢 Bullish FVG
Occurs when the third candle's low is above the first candle's high.

🔴 Bearish FVG
Occurs when the third candle's high is below the first candle's low.

✨ FVG ENGINE FEATURES

• Two independently configurable timeframes.
• Bullish and bearish gap detection.
• Custom colors and labels.
• Partial gap mitigation tracking.
• Automatic removal of completely filled gaps.
• Optional ATR-based minimum gap size.
• Integration with signal confluence scoring.
• Available lower-timeframe intrabar processing.
• Suppression of duplicate drawings when both FVG rows use the same timeframe.

Higher-timeframe gaps use confirmed source-candle information.

Lower-timeframe gap detection depends on available intrabar data and TradingView history limits.

⚠️ LIMITATIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please consider the following before using TRH.

⏳ PIVOT CONFIRMATION

Swing pivots require subsequent candles for confirmation.

Although the original zone may appear on an earlier candle, it was not necessarily identifiable at that historical moment.

📉 INDICATIVE ENTRY PRICES

Displayed entry, stop-loss, and take-profit values are theoretical chart calculations.

Actual market execution may differ due to spreads, slippage, price gaps, and execution delays.

🧩 MULTI-TIMEFRAME DATA

Higher-timeframe information requires completed source candles.

Lower-timeframe analysis depends on TradingView intrabar availability, historical data limits, and market data quality.

Historical and realtime results may differ because of feed conditions or data revisions.

🔄 DYNAMIC ZONES

Zones and FVGs may be mitigated, invalidated, retired, or removed as new price information becomes available.

Historical drawing limits may also affect older chart objects.

📊 SIGNAL SCORE

The 0–100 score is a rules-based technical confluence measurement.

It is not a calibrated probability, verified accuracy percentage, or statistical prediction of future returns.

📈 PERFORMANCE LIMITATIONS

TRH is an indicator, not a backtested TradingView strategy.

It does not provide verified trading performance, realized profit/loss, broker execution results, or a Strategy Tester performance report.

🕯️ CHART COMPATIBILITY

Standard time-based candlestick charts are recommended.

Heikin Ashi, Renko, tick-based, and other nonstandard chart types may produce different signal interpretations or indicative prices.

🌍 MARKET CONDITIONS

Settings may require adjustment for Forex, stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, futures, and different trading timeframes.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🛡️ RISK DISCLAIMER

Financial trading involves risk.

No technical indicator can guarantee profitable trades, future price movements, or consistent results.

Trading Room Hunter is intended for research, technical analysis, and discretionary decision support.

It does not provide financial advice, automated execution, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

Always perform independent analysis and apply appropriate risk management.
