Hi,
Welcome to this analysis about Ethereum, we are looking at the hourly timeframe perspectives. In recent times Ethereum managed to show up with higher highs however it also moved into a serious overbought condition, besides that Ethereum is developing this broadening-wedge marked in my chart. Mainly there is two possible scenarios each one indicating a decisive reversal and continuations to test lower levels, either Ethereum breaks below the lower boundary which will show up with further bearish pressure or Ethereum firstly manages to hold the support to continue with the wave-count into the upper resistance-level from where the reversal establishes and completes the formation, in either case, the bearish perspectives should not be kept by side here.
