The
EURUSD exchange rate remains under pressure during the early hours of Monday’s trading session. The pair continues to be vulnerable to further downside as the US dollar strengthens following President Donald Trump’s nomination of Kevin Warsh as the next Chair of the Federal Reserve (Fed).
At the moment, price is moving sideways, forming a short-term consolidation around the 1.1850–1.1880 zone, which aligns with a minor demand area that previously acted as support. However, the broader structure still shows no clear signs of a trend reversal, and price action currently favors a technical pullback within a bearish trend. If the next corrective move is once again rejected, sell-side strategies remain preferred.
