Right now EUR/USD is basically stuck in a range. Price has been moving between 1.1400 support and 1.1750 to 1.1800 resistance for some time.
At the moment price has come back up and is sitting near the resistance zone, which is a very important area. In the past this zone has pushed price down multiple times, so sellers are likely watching this level again.
Overall this is a decision area. Either we get another rejection or a clean breakout.
If price shows a clear rejection from 1.1750 to 1.1800, like a strong bearish candle, then
Sell Entry around 1.1750 to 1.1800
Stop Loss above 1.1820
Take Profit
Tp1: 1.1600
Tp2: 1.1500
If price strongly breaks and closes above 1.1800, then bias changes
Buy Entry after confirmed breakout
Stop Loss below 1.1750
Take Profit
Tp1: 1.1950
Tp:2 1.2000 and above
Logic is simple, once resistance breaks it can turn into support and price can continue up.
