GMR Airports is once again approaching a very important support zone that has been protecting its long-term bullish structure since 2023. If we look at the weekly chart we can clearly see how price has been moving inside a broad rising channel and every major correction towards the lower trendline has resulted in a strong recovery. The same support helped the stock reverse in 2023 and again in early 2025. Now after correcting from the recent high near 115 the stock has returned to this rising support around 87–90. What makes this setup interesting is that the 100 EMA is also trading nearby at 92.30. Although price is currently slightly below the EMA the long-term trendline is still holding. The weekly RSI has dropped near 36 which shows how much momentum has cooled during this correction. Fundamentally the company has also reported strong revenue growth with sales increasing 24% YoY in the latest reported quarter. This combination of improving business performance and a major technical support zone makes the current structure worth watching closely.
From here I am expecting GMR Airports to gradually recover towards 100–105 followed by 110–115 where the previous major highs are located. If buyers successfully reclaim the 100 EMA and sustain above it we could see stronger momentum returning. The recent correction has already pushed many short-term traders out of the stock and a reversal from this support could trap late sellers who are expecting further downside. The bigger opportunity lies near 118–120 which is the upper boundary of the rising channel and our next major resistance zone. A sustained breakout above that level could open the door for further upside expansion. The most important thing now is that price must continue to defend the rising trendline near 87–90. The stock has rewarded buyers from this support multiple times in the past and another strong reversal could be preparing to unfold.
