Inverse head and shoulders confirmed. Large candle breaking to the upside. We will go to $4, possibly $10 if it really starts taking off with the rest of the market.

Question was asked, why have we achieved refuel? If we are going to be really technical about it, you need a break above the previous high for full continuation, and for this pattern to continue to form. Trading wise, you would try to scoop a dip with a tight stop loss or buy the break... but as of right now it appears momentum is going to carry it up higher, here is a chart:
