USDCAD made a strong bullish move and is now cooling down after the impulse.
Price failed to continue higher from the recent top and is starting to shift into a corrective phase.
This kind of behavior is normal after an extended move — the market usually comes back to rebalance before deciding the next direction.

When a strong move pauses and starts to roll over, I don’t chase price.
I look for the value zone.
Based on the Fibonacci retracement, the most natural magnet area is:
🎯 Expectation Zone: 1.38220 (0.618 Fib)
This level is important because:
- 0.618 is a classic retracement zone
- It aligns with previous structure activity
- It acts as a fair-value area after an impulse
The arrow on the chart simply shows the normal pullback path price often takes during a correction.
