DHARA Precision Pro - Market Structure & Buy/Sell Signals
**Advanced Multi-Factor Technical Analysis and Risk Management Indicator**
Overview
DHARA Precision Pro is a TradingView indicator developed to simplify technical market analysis by combining price structure, trend direction, momentum, relative volume, volatility and risk management into a single chart-based framework.
Rather than relying on one moving average or oscillator, the indicator evaluates several independent market conditions before identifying bullish or bearish setups.
It is designed primarily for intraday technical analysis, with particular emphasis on NIFTY and BANKNIFTY, although it can be applied to other suitable TradingView instruments.
The objective is to help traders interpret market direction, filter weak setups, identify potential trading opportunities and plan risk using clearly displayed price levels.
Key Features
1. BUY and SELL Signal Detection
The indicator evaluates market conditions at each completed candle.
- **BUY:** Bullish trend, momentum and required confirmation conditions align.
- **SELL:** Bearish trend, momentum and required confirmation conditions align.
- **No Signal:** Conditions are neutral, conflicting or insufficient.
BUY signals appear beneath price candles, while SELL signals appear above them.
Repeated signals indicate continued directional conditions, not instructions to enter additional positions.
For index-options traders, BUY can support evaluating a Call (CE), while SELL can support evaluating a Put (PE), subject to separate options-market verification.
2. Multi-Factor Trend Confirmation
The indicator combines:
- EMA 9 for fast-moving price direction.
- EMA 21 for short-term trend confirmation.
- EMA 50 for broader directional context.
- Session VWAP for price positioning relative to volume-weighted average price.
- Optional VWMA 20 confirmation.
- Supertrend for additional directional and trailing-trend context.
These components help identify bullish alignment, bearish alignment and periods of conflicting momentum.
### 3. Market Structure Intelligence
DHARA Precision Pro includes price-based market-structure analysis using confirmed swing pivots.
Supported structural concepts include:
- Higher High (HH)
- Higher Low (HL)
- Lower High (LH)
- Lower Low (LL)
- Break of Structure (BOS)
- Change of Character (CHoCH)
- Confirmed Zigzag swing connections
BOS identifies a close beyond a confirmed swing level. CHoCH highlights a potential change in the prevailing structural direction.
Structural labels and Zigzag visualizations can be enabled or disabled to maintain chart readability.
4. RSI, ADX and Directional Movement Analysis
The indicator uses RSI and the Directional Movement Index (DMI) to evaluate momentum and directional strength.
ADX helps filter markets where trend strength may be insufficient for a directional setup.
These conditions are combined with other trend filters rather than used as standalone trading instructions.
5. Relative Volume Confirmation
Relative volume compares current candle volume against an average of recent candles.
This helps identify whether price movement is accompanied by sufficient market participation.
A configurable relative-volume threshold allows traders to make signal requirements more or less restrictive.
6. Higher-Timeframe Confirmation
DHARA Precision Pro can compare the current chart with a higher timeframe.
For example, traders using a five-minute chart can apply confirmation from completed fifteen-minute candles.
The purpose is to reduce signals that conflict with the broader directional trend.
7. Breakout and Liquidity-Sweep Analysis
Optional features include:
- Opening-range high and low.
- Previous-day high and low.
- Potential failed breakouts of confirmed swing levels.
- Directional opening-range confirmation.
A liquidity-sweep marker indicates a price rejection beyond a previously confirmed swing level. It does not prove that institutional stop orders were executed.
8. ATR-Based Entry, Stop-Loss and Targets
For qualifying setups, the indicator can display:
- Spot-market entry level.
- Stop-loss level.
- Target 1.
- Target 2.
Stops are calculated using ATR, with an optional confirmed-structure component.
The default target model uses configurable reward-to-risk multiples, initially 1.5R and 2R.
The indicator also includes limits on excessive stop distance and stretched entries relative to the short-term trend.
Only one active setup is tracked at a time, and outdated setup levels are cleared when the programmed invalidation or completion conditions occur.
**These values represent the underlying chart instrument's prices, not option-contract premiums.**
9. Multi-Condition Directional Scoring
The indicator evaluates seven technical rule categories:
1. EMA trend alignment.
2. VWAP positioning.
3. RSI and directional movement.
4. ADX strength.
5. Relative volume.
6. Higher-timeframe trend.
7. Confirmed market structure.
A configurable minimum rule threshold determines whether directional conditions qualify.
This is a rule-based technical score and should not be interpreted as a statistically calibrated probability of success.
10. Compact Market Dashboard
An on-chart dashboard summarizes:
- Current BUY, SELL or NO SIGNAL condition.
- Bullish or bearish price structure.
- RSI and ADX readings.
- Relative volume.
- Bullish versus bearish rule scores.
- Reason a signal is not qualifying.
- Active entry and stop-loss levels.
- Active target levels.
11. TradingView Alerts
The script includes alerts for the beginning of qualifying bullish and bearish states.
Alerts can assist with manual monitoring without requiring traders to watch every candle continuously.
Suggested Usage
DHARA Precision Pro is primarily designed for intraday charts, including five-minute charts with optional higher-timeframe confirmation.
A BUY signal indicates that the configured bullish technical conditions are aligned.
A SELL signal indicates that the configured bearish technical conditions are aligned.
Traders should independently check nearby support and resistance, volatility conditions, realistic execution prices and overall trading risk before taking a position.
For options trading, the indicator does not automatically determine the correct expiry, option strike, premium, liquidity or position size.
Customization
Users can configure swing sensitivity, EMA periods, momentum thresholds, ADX requirements, relative-volume limits, Supertrend settings, higher-timeframe confirmation, trading sessions, ATR stops and target multiples.
Optional visual features can be disabled for a cleaner chart.
Limitations and Risk Disclosure
DHARA Precision Pro is a technical decision-support indicator, not a guarantee of market direction or profitability.
Confirmed swing pivots require subsequent candles before becoming available. Historical swing labels may appear at their original pivot bars even though confirmation occurs later.
Directional BUY and SELL states are evaluated at confirmed candle closes. Historical results may differ from real execution due to spreads, slippage, volatility and market conditions.
The indicator does not directly analyse complete option-chain open interest, implied volatility, Greeks, live global news or option-contract premiums.
Its win rate, profit factor and financial performance have not yet been independently established through comprehensive historical and out-of-sample testing.
**Disclaimer:** For educational and technical analysis purposes only. This indicator does not constitute investment advice. Trading futures and options involves substantial financial risk, including the possibility of losing the entire premium paid.
