ALGOUSD has had an impressive week with just under a 60% (59.95%) rally in price going from its new All Time Low @ .0794 to where price is currently finding the next Resistance Level and topping @ .1270.Now what the indicators suggest:
- Volume is dropping after the massive spike to the Resistance level
- RSI is in Over Bought territory currently at 77
- MACD is rising with Histogram values dropping
Together, paints a story that the bullish momentum may be fading and price may need to fall and find Support to continue to the upside if price is unable to surpass the current High of .1270!
Based on the Fibonacci Retracement tool going from the Low @ .098 where price made a Breakout of Resistance @ .10 and Retested as Support, to the High @ .1270 where price is currently struggling, we can see a couple favorable Retracement levels:
50% - 61.8% | .1125 - .1091
Previous Highs, Breakout of Resistance and Golden Ratio
78.6% - 88.6% | .1042 - .1013
