Alice is consolidating within a parallel channel structure. If this channel continues, then I'm expecting Alice progress further up the channel, with an upper target being in the $18 area.
Also the 4H RSI has double bottomed in he oversold territory, which re-affirms a move up the channel is more likely at this point.
