The AUDNZD pair has been trading within a 6-year Channel Up since the March 2020 COVID flash-crash bottom and it just made contact this week with its Top (Higher Highs trend-line). Last time it formed a Higher High, the price got rejected violently below the 0.236 Fibonacci level.
With the 1W RSI sideways pattern on overbought territory resembling the 2022 Top, we expect this pair to start a new Bearish Leg, targeting 1.11000.
