As predicted, bitcoin rejected $19.5K, and is tending back to $19.0K. We are roughly in the midpoint of this range at the time of this writing. Low liquidity and low volume are likely to remain an issue standing in the way of BTC and higher prices. If we are able to break out then we will surely face resistance at $20K. Although $19.0K should provide support, $18.6K is the next level down and is a likely floor for now.
