Hello everyone, here is my breakdown of the current BTCUSDT setup.
Market Analysis
BTCUSDT previously recovered inside an ascending channel after rebounding from the 58,500 Support Zone. Price later broke above several resistance levels, confirming bullish momentum, but the rally stalled below the 66,000 Resistance Zone and the long-term descending trendline, where sellers stepped back into the market.
Currently, BTCUSDT is trading above the 62,500 Support Zone while remaining below the 66,000 Resistance Zone. The latest rejection from resistance and the breakdown below short-term support suggest bearish pressure is increasing.
My Scenario & Strategy
As long as BTCUSDT remains below the 66,000 Resistance Zone and continues respecting the long-term descending trendline, the bearish scenario remains valid. A rejection from current levels could push price toward the 62,500 Support Zone (TP1).
However, if BTCUSDT breaks above the 66,000 Resistance Zone and the descending trendline, the bearish outlook would weaken, opening the door for another bullish continuation.
