Wait to see if volume picks up (already looks good) & buy on a strong breakout of the (green) neckline.

See this is why you wait for a breakout :)This obviously isn't playing out as a cup & handle. I still believe it will get up to at least the first target - however there might be some more downside first. I'm still getting an RSI warning on the 1D chart, but everything else is really low aside from the 5 min which makes me think we might have another small move down soon.
I see a few possibilities for where it's going next but I'm going to wait until it makes a clear move.
