DGLY is up this morning after being granted US Patient on regarding their systems and methods of legibly capturing vehicle markings but we are not only providing this trade due to that press release. After the stock broke up to $7.10 on June 10th, it has consolidated on right at the 23.6% Level of the Fib Retracement Analysis very well and we see positive volume spikes occurring since Dec. 7th.
