Price is pulling back toward the 0.1600 resistance band, a level aligning with both the downward trendline and the ceiling of the mid-range structure. The latest pullback completed a textbook retest of the broken support-turned-resistance, with price losing momentum as it approached the confluence zone. Given the persistent bearish channel and inability to break the series of lower highs, sellers are showing signs of regaining control.If downside pressure holds,
DOGEUSD is poised to rotate back toward 0.1350, which sits at the lower boundary of the current channel and the origin of the latest bullish correction. This area also marks the primary liquidity pocket where buyers previously reacted aggressively. Broader sentiment remains weak.➡️ Primary scenario: rejection from 0.1600 → decline toward 0.1350.
⚠️ Risk scenario: a breakout above channel invalidates the bearish view.
