On the above 4 day chart, EIGEN has corrected 90% from its 52 week high. A number of reasons now exist to consider being long:
1) RSI trend structure has shifted decisively. The past six months print higher highs and higher lows. That is an uptrend. Look left and you will not see this pattern for long stretches. It matters.
2) A life cross has printed. The last cross was a death cross, then price dropped -90%.
3) Price sits above both the 50 day and 200 day simple moving averages. RSI on the daily is rising after support confirmation.
4) Volume tells the story. Volume is increasing overall, but contracting on down moves. That is textbook seller exhaustion. The ammunition is running out.
How far will price go? 800% ?? 1200% Will keep that for elsewhere.
Is it possible price falls further? Sure.
Is it probable? No.
