From technical perspective the crypto token managed to stay above the key support zone marked on the chart.
Crypto has been recently under quite some pressure from the approaching SpaceX IPO.
Why?
Most of the Wall Street Banks’ CEOs has been approaching their biggest clients trying to pitch them to invest in the biggest and likely the most overvalued company (But that’s for another post😀).
From where are they going to invest in high-risk high reward IPO?
Most likely by moving their capital from another position which would be considered risky, which most likely is CRYPTO.
We have seen massive outflows of capital from the ETFs in crypto recently.
In my opinion which is not a financial advice the SpaceX IPO may be interesting in the long run, but once investors realize the upside compared the downside is skewed against them, they will search for real assymetric opportunities. That’s exactly from where the next bull run would come into play.
