ONDOUSDT The reason I’m considering this entry zone is that, although the trade carries relatively higher risk, the overall structure on the 1-hour timeframe is still bullish.On the lower timeframe, we have a bullish move followed by a moderate correction. The final bearish leg is losing momentum and becoming more compressed, which could indicate that the correction is coming to an end.
We also have a positive HD on the lower timeframe, so there is still a reasonable possibility of another move to the upside.
But keep in mind, this is a Limit Order, not a triggered trade. So we’re not entering at the current price. We need to be patient and wait for price to move slightly lower and come into our entry zone.
And because the 4-hour MACD histogram is not particularly encouraging, I would suggest taking this trade with less risk than your usual position size.
So, the setup is interesting, but it’s definitely not a trade to chase.
