PFE is currently trading within what I consider a position-building zone.
Volume activity supports the potential for an upside move, while the MACD crossover is starting to turn positive, adding momentum confirmation.
The $28.76 level remains a key resistance. A successful breakout could open the way toward $31.00.
From there, I would expect a potential pullback to retest the previous resistance around $28.75 as support before the next move.
