TOTAL3ES Update: Spot Accumulation Idea (Mid–Long Term)
CRYPTOCAP:TOTAL3 ES — this index shows the total market capitalization of all altcoins, i.e., the “pure” strength of the altcoin market excluding BTC, ETH, and stablecoins.

The MACD + CCI combination currently shows that the market is entering an oversold zone. Historically, these levels often appeared near local and mid-term altcoin bottoms. (For more precise readings, you can use a slightly higher timeframe, 9–11 days; CCI works better in this case.)
MACD: when the blue line starts pressing the orange line from below, this confirms the market is entering an accumulation phase, even if the price continues to drop for some time. Essentially, this forms a divergence, after which a reversal and subsequent growth historically followed.
Additionally:
MVRV Z-Score / MVRV Free Float Z-Score indicate the approach to accumulation zones, where historically positions were gradually built before the next impulse/reversal.
White horizontal zones on the chart represent past support and resistance levels, which now act as potential buy zones for spot positions.
There is also a possibility of testing the upper boundary of the previous accumulation zone around 316.33 before the next move.
Cycle Timing
In the previous cycle, the decline to the start of the accumulation phase took ~217 days.
This time, the market reached the accumulation zone in approximately 154 days.
The final sell-off in the 4-year cycle ended differently than most expected, so it is possible that the current accumulation phase may not be as prolonged as the previous one.
