Following the recent aggressive selloff, price is now building liquidity by forming an Equal Low (EQL) structure around the current area.
The scenario I am monitoring is a classic Smart Money setup:
Price sweeps below the EQL to collect sell-side liquidity and trader stop losses.
After the sweep, I want to see a strong reaction followed by a bullish CHoCH.
A confirmed shift in structure could open the path toward the liquidity resting above current price.
Key areas:

Bullish CHoCH confirmation
First target: PCH / liquidity resting above the range
Potential extension toward 4380+

XAUUSD – Market UpdateGold is showing notable strength after the Existing Home Sales release (4.17 vs 4.07 forecast), which would normally support the US Dollar and weigh on gold prices.
Instead, price absorbed the news impact and continues to hold above the key 4325 Year Open level.
As long as 4325 remains defended, the bullish targets remain:
4353 (PDH)
4363 (recent liquidity area)
4380+ if momentum continues
The bullish scenario is invalidated only by a clear close below 4325.
