While XAUUSD has been bearish for the past few weeks, last Fri/Sat price entered into a strong interest level on the daily chart. I believe that after the big trends we've seen recently, added to the strength of the USD we will see gold start to consolidate around this level for some days until it eventually makes a move to the upside.
